Our Transportation Management software (TMS) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) offers full transparency of where your cargo is and all documentation associated with the Delivery. By accessing our customer web portal, clients can obtain: Proof Of Delivery (POD) including Exceptions and Signatures as well as charges, all at your fingertips. Our drivers utilize hand held devices and information is uploaded to our server in real time. Our customer web portal also allows clients to see each document and every milestone associated with the movement of their shipment.
In an attempt to reduce our impact on the environment we have moved to a paperless model, all invoices are sent via email and POD's can be viewed and printed directly from our customer portal or included with our emailed invoices. |
